Belle and Boo
One of my all time favourite kids brands is the adorable Belle and Boo. Set up in 2007 by Mandy and joined by her friend Kate in 2008. They design for both boys and girl and have a lovely unique illustrative style. I particularly like the real life product photography shots combined with the illustrations as if the kids are actually in the scenes. Products include dresses, coats, greeting cards, giftwrap, badges, party items, cushions and a published book called Bubbles before bed.
Below are a few examples of Belle and Boo designs.

Wild Things
I recently came across this super cute shop on Etsy called Wild things, with simple, whimsical dresses that are handmade by Kirsty Hartley who has a studio in the Lancashire hills. The dresses are designed to be fun and allow children to use there imagination. I particularly like the little miss mouse dress.
